4. How We Store Your Information
Your order information is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (neon.tech), located in the United States. We retain order records for up to 2 years for business and tax purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our website:
- Resend — for sending order confirmation emails
- OpenAI — for generating AI cake previews in the Cake Lab
- Vercel — for website hosting
- Meta / Instagram — for managing our Instagram presence
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for operation (such as session management for our admin panel). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
